Ordering.

Please contact us with any enquiries using either the form on our Contact page or on one of the phone numbers provided.

If there is a design that you would like, we will provide you with an outlay of costs including estimated delivery times once we have discussed and agreed upon what it is exactly that you would like.

We will then require a confirmation email from you before we will issue a invoice for either  full or part payment of 30% to initiate the order. This can be made using either PayPal, cheque or BACS.

Delivery.

Any product made to order we will outlay fabrication duration, delivery costs and estimated delivery times before an order agreement is met.

Standard delivery duration on products made to order is 4-6 weeks. On small, easy to package items we send by curier, for larger items we will normally deliver ourselves.  We also offer to install products for an additional fee which we will discuss with you prior to any order being placed.
