Delivery
Times and dates will be arranged on a custom basis to meet our client’s individual requirements. Most items will be available within 4 - 6 weeks however, due to the bespoke nature of our work, special arrangements may be required on certain products and finishes. You will be informed of this at the time of placing your order.
Installation
Instructions will be provided at the time of delivery however JoyPad are more than happy to advise on installation issues on an individual level. Alternatively why not let us take the strain and take advantage of our installation service which will be charged at the cost of materials (+VAT) then £100 for the first 4 hours labour and £30 per hour thereafter.
Maintenance We will happily advise on how best to look after and maintain your purchase and should any special treatments or materials be required we will make every effort to explain them in full.

How do I pay with my credit card?
Most people prefer the convenience of paying by credit card or debit card as it is easy and secure. All our credit cards are processed through either 2CO or Pay pal, two of the largest and most recognized online payment methods.
Are my details secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through either 2CO or Pay pal under full strength secure connections. This means your credit card details are highly secure and very well protected.
What appears on my credit card/bank statement?
When you purchase from JoyPad, your credit or banking statement will be debited with our company name 'JoyPad'.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of any faults or discrepancies they must be reported within 5 working days. During this period a full refund will be offered minus the cost of transportation on return of the product. Return costs and any installation charges will be incurred by the customer and deducted from the refund not exceeding the original cost of the item.
